Now comes the actual interview, at this point take your time listen to the questions and relax, being too nervous or on edge will prevent you from getting your message across, just listen to the questions and answer them accordingly. Also if the interviewer says anything which puts you off the job don’t show it in the interview keep positive and think about this issue or issues when you get home as it might not be a big deal later but if you look scared in the interview about the role or a point raised this could stop you from progressing further in the process.
Answer all questions honestly and with enough information to address the question but do not ‘ramble’ or start talking about other things. If you don’t understand a question or have not had a lot of experience in these areas just answer it as best you can remember they would not be interviewing you in the first place if they did not think you had a chance of getting the job. Keep eye contact with the interviewer and keep a positive seated posture throughout the interview and most importantly enjoy it this is your chance to shine and learn more about the position.
